Sponsor

Believe Digital SRL, registered under the number MI-1918851, with its registered office at Via Morimondo, 26 – 20143 Milano, Italy hereafter together « the Sponsor ») organizes free sweepstakes, with no necessary purchase, from {startDate} to {endDate} at midnight, (hereafter « the Sweepstakes »).

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes are open to any natural person over {minimumAge} at the time of his/her participation to the Sweepstakes (hereafter the “Participant”). It is not open to employees of the Sponsor and its affiliated companies, or of its suppliers, service providers or partners associated with the Sweepstakes organization.

Each Participant can only participate once (same name and/or address and/or phone number and/or email address).

How to enter

To enter the Sweepstakes, the Participant shall:

Connect to {operationUrl},
Save a piece of content from {artistName} in the music streaming service of his/her choice (Spotify, Apple Music, etc…),
Fill in and validate the online participation form.

Selection of winner(s)

{winnersCount} winners will be designated by random drawing realized electronically within 15 days following the end of the Sweepstakes.

The winner(s) will be informed by email within 7 days following the drawing. Other Participants will not be contacted by the Sponsor.

Prizes

The randomly selected winners will win the following prizes:

These prizes will not be substituted (included for cash) or exchanged.

The prizes delivery will be assumed by the Sponsor, at his costs. Any prize which cannot be delivered, or is sent back to the Sponsor, for reasons not attributable to the Sponsor (wrong address, no answer from the Participant, etc.) can be claimed by the Participant to whom it was attributed for 1 month following a notice of failed delivery or return. After this time, the prize will be permanently lost.

Liability

The Sponsor shall not be held responsible for Force Majeure events, or any event beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, affecting the Sweepstakes. In such a case, the Sponsor can, at its sole discretion, cancel, modify, shorten or prolongate the Sweepstake, or replace a prize which attribution has become impossible with another prize of similar value.

Personal Information

Personal Information will be accessible only to the Sponsor’s marketing teams and to the Sponsor’s service providers involved with the Sweepstakes operation (if any).

In addition to its participation in the Sweepstakes, the Participant can also choose to receive, from time to time, information about the artist through emails from the Sponsor. This subscription is optional, and the Participant can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on “unsubscribe” in the email received.

The Participant can access his/her Personal Information stored by the Sponsor, correct it or request it to be erased, or ask for the Sponsor to send him/her a copy of said information. To exercise these rights or for any questions regarding the processing of his/her Personal Information, the Participant can contact the Sponsor by filling the following form.

If the Participant considers, after contacting the Sponsor, that his/her privacy rights are not respected, he/she can file a claim with GPDP.

Miscellaneous

Participation to the Sweepstakes implies unconditional acceptance of these Sweepstakes rules. Any Participant in breach of these rules or trying to increase his/her chances to win by fraud, in any way whatsoever, can be excluded from the Sweepstakes.

These Sweepstakes rules are subject to Italian law. Any disputes arising from the participation in the Sweepstake and/or these Sweepstake rules shall be heard by the jurisdictions of the Sponsor.
